Overview
Finetic Consulting is a Spain-based advisory firm supporting startups and investors throughout the entire fundraising lifecycle — from financial models and investment memos to strategic positioning, investor relations, and access to grants or subsidies. For the past five years, we have been operating primarily through referrals and inbound leads, serving startups that raise between €300K and €15M.
As our project pipeline expands, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative / Business Development Partner to take ownership of first contact, lead qualification, and relationship development with founders and investors. This is not a traditional employment role but an opportunity to join a mature, structured consulting business on a partnership model, with the potential for equity participation after 2–3 months of successful collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and engage new prospects via LinkedIn, email outreach, professional networks, and industry events
* Initiate strategic partnerships with ecosystem players (VCs, accelerators, consulting firms)
* Manage inbound leads (LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, social media)
* Conduct qualification calls and Zoom interviews to segment leads and assess fit
* Maintain CRM, track deal stages, and follow up with warm leads
* Prepare and send commercial proposals; handle objections professionally
* Collect client feedback and relay insights to the marketing team
* Promote company content through reposts and engagement in professional communities

Skills
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, IT, or investment products
* Native or fluent Russian; fluent spoken English or Spanish
* Strong communication skills with founders, investors, and C-level executives
* Ability to conduct peer-level business conversations
* Proficiency with CRM tools and solid understanding of sales funnel dynamics
* Highly self-driven and comfortable working autonomously without micromanagement
* Remote work experience and discipline in managing sales activities
