Job Summary:
As a TECH Intern for the Agile Center, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Agile Center communication strategy, developing and implementing effective communication to keep our stakeholders informed and engaged. will gain valuable hands-on experience in agile framework, tools, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
Assist in creating internal newsletters, announcements, and updates.
Contribute to the development of internal communication channels, such as our sharepoint site and teams channel.
Governance:
Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
Prepare and maintain documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables.
Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze squads' agile maturity data to identify trends and insights.
Prepare reports on Agile Center support performance and metrics.
Learning and Development:
Actively seek out learning opportunities to enhance your agile skills.
Participate in training programs and workshops.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Strong interest in agile frameworks and a desire to learn about Tech.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of English is mandatory.
