Arctech, a global leader in solar trackers, fixed-tilt structures, and BIPV solutions, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across the European solar market.
As a key member of our European sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in strategic countries, managing top-tier clients, identifying new business opportunities, and aligning market needs with Arctech’s general strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with strategic clients, asset owners, and EPCs across the European solar market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key countries such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Romania, and others.
- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, bid preparation, negotiations, contract closure, and handover to the project execution team.
- Work closely with engineering, logistics, and project management teams to ensure smooth execution aligned with client expectations.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting Arctech’s technological advantages.
- Monitor and analyze market intelligence, regulatory trends, and competitor activity, providing strategic insights to management.
- Represent Arctech at industry trade shows, conferences, and commercial meetings, strengthening brand visibility across Europe.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or key
