You will work closely with experienced IT and business professionals, helping ensure that data flows correctly across platforms, that system changes are properly tested, and that our reporting and BI capabilities continue to evo </p><p> lve.This is a hands-on junior role for someone who wants to grow in the intersection between data, systems, analytics and business operati </p><p> ons.You will not only execute tasks. We want someone who is curious enough to understand why things work the way they do, detail-oriented enough to detect inconsistencies, and proactive enough to suggest better ways of working. </p><p></p><p><b> Your main responsibilities will be: </b></p><ul><li> Perform and validate data loads across internal platforms and systems. </li><li> Review data quality, consistency and accuracy. </li><li> Detect data errors, inconsistencies or gaps, and help correct them. </li><li> Support testing of new functionalities during system updates, improvements or deployments. </li><li> Assist in BI developments, such as dashboards, queries, reports and data visualizations, as your knowledge grows. </li><li> Support the documentation of system processes, data flows and testing results. </li><li> Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand operational needs and translate them into clear data or system requirements. </li><li> Participate in process improvement and automation discussions. </li><li> Help improve the efficiency, reliability and usability of digital tools and data processes. </li><li> Learn from experienced IT professionals while gradually taking more ownership of recurring tasks and small projects. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What do we need from you?</b></p><ul><li> Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. </li><li> Around 1 to 2 years of experience in data, systems, BI, analytics, IT support, process improvement or a similar role. Strong internship experience may also be considered. </li><li> Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. </li><li> Good knowledge ofExcel. </li><li> Basic knowledge of Python. </li><li> Interest in BI tools, dashboards, data visualization and reporting. </li><li> Strong logical reasoning and ability to understand how data, systems and processes connect. </li><li> High attention to detail and the ability to detect errors or inconsistencies. </li><li> Good communication skills, especially when working with technical and non-technical colleagues. </li><li> A proactive, structured and accountable way of working. </li><li> Strong learning agility and genuine curiosity to understand how things work, why issues happen and how processes can be improved. </li><li> Team player mindset and willingness to grow in an international environment. </li><li> Good English skills.
