RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform various food preparations, cooking, and cleaning tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations and quality dishes.
* Follow the prep list from the Executive Chef or Sous Chef, completing all tasks in order.
* Prepare food items daily in your assigned outlet and other kitchen areas.
* Ensure clean and sanitized dishes are delivered to the dining area and kitchen stations, and operate dishwashing equipment.
* Assist kitchen staff in producing menu items to ensure high performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability.
ESTIMATED MONTHLY BUDGET
* Projected monthly income: $2,400 (Hourly wage: $15)
* Housing costs: approximately $600/month
* Meals are provided during working hours.
J1 VISA PROGRAM
This traineeship is part of the J1 visa program for young professionals and recent graduates to develop their careers, gain work experience, and enhance skills through cultural exchange.
The total cost for the J1 Visa process and application fees is $1,870, broken down as follows:
* First payment (upon signing contract): $420 (non-refundable)
* Final payment (upon visa approval): $1,450 (includes $650 mandatory health insurance)

About you
To qualify for a J1 Visa, you must meet the following requirements:
* You are between 18 and 35 years old.
* You have graduated from an accredited institution, hold a degree related to the job, and have at least 12 months of professional experience, OR
* You are a young professional with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
