BYD Energy Storage will collaborate with you for a clean and sustainable future.Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the BESS business with utilities, industrial clients, and renewable energy developers.- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution design, proposal preparation, and deal closure.- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the renewable energy sector, including utility companies, grid operators, and regulatory bodies.- Ensure BESS installations meet local and international grid compliance standards.- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and transmission operators for seamless BESS integration into the power grid.- Stay informed on changes in grid codes, transmission line requirements, and energy storage regulations.- Work closely with engineering, operations, and R&D teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.Ideal candidate profile- Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in renewable energy technical support, sales, or project management, with a focus on BESS, PCS, or EMS.- Strong understanding of energy storage systems and grid compliance requirements (IEC, IEEE standards).- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and grid codes for integrating energy storage systems.- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.- Fluent in spanish, with working proficiency in english.We Offer:If you align with our mission and have the skills we need, apply to be our Utility-Scale Energy Storage Sales Manager in Spain today.
