You will manage offerings across their full lifecycle to ensure alignment with market needs, business strategy, and financial targets. The location of this role is flexible within Europe and will be determined in later stages.How You Will Make An ImpactLead the GPQSS Product & Solution Management team and its full portfolio (Grid‑eXpand, e‑STATCOM, STATCOM, SVC Light®, SFC Rail, BESS, Energy Hubs, Power Quality, digital add‑ons), ensuring lifecycle excellence and alignment with organizational strategy.Drive global market intelligence—monitor trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts—and translate insights into portfolio strategy, innovation priorities, and segment‑specific value propositions.Shape and execute the portfolio roadmap, including new developments, enhancements, cost and complexity reductions, and phase‑out decisions to maximize competitiveness and profitability.Prioritize and govern the development pipeline, ensuring robust business cases, financial alignment, and strong cross‑functional coordination.Oversee product development with Engineering, R&D;, SCM, and Operations, ensuring market‑driven requirement definitions, CapEx planning, timelines, and stage‑gate approvals.Define and refine value propositions and portfolio positioning in close collaboration with Sales, BD, Regions, and Marketing.Build and deploy product management systems, tools, and documentation (e.g., configurators, training, lifecycle management) to empower general commercial and operational teams.L
