Join our dynamic team at Siemens Gamesa, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring business continuity within the Treasury Governance function. Imagine being at the heart of maintaining the control framework and integrity of core treasury operations. You will focus on three key areas: Treasury Controls and Compliance, Financial Risk Governance, and Process and Systems Management. Your contributions will support risk mitigation strategies and enhance the operational effectiveness of treasury systems, making a significant impact on our organization.
How You'll Make An Impact
You will monitor and ensure compliance with internal treasury policies, procedures, and control frameworks such as COSO.
You will support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and providing explanations for treasury processes.
You will administer user access rights and static data within treasury management systems to maintain a secure control environment.
You will conduct periodic reviews of treasury activities to identify, report, and help remediate control deficiencies or non-compliance issues.
You will participate in the ongoing maintenance and improvement of treasury management systems (e.g., SAP) and generate routine and ad-hoc reports on treasury activities using tools like Power BI.
What You Bring
You have 2-3 years of relevant experience in governance or compliance roles.
You possess advanced English proficiency (C1 level) to communicate effectively across teams.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess complex information.
You have excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
You are proactive and take ownership of projects, ensuring deadlines are met with agility.
You hold a degree in business or engineering-related fields.
An MBA would be a plus.
