**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and promote innovation requirements to strengthen HPP’s competitive advantages and increase its relevance to customers.
- Create and implement effective value propositions for decision-makers, sharing insights into the value drivers for customers.
- Be responsible for the launch of new products, ensuring their successful market introduction.
**Background & Skills**:
- Degree in mechanical engineering or commercial discipline - The presence of courses related to desalination or water treatment is a plus.
- Knowledge of market dynamics and key technological trends, with a focus on energy-efficient and sustainable solutions.
- Experience in defining value propositions and managing relationships with OEMs and End Users.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
