- Identify business and security issues for customers;
- Prospect and detect new opportunities;
- Build sustainable relationships with decision-makers;
- Coordinate involved partners;
- Maintain an accurate account mapping;
- Maintain all customer information up to date within the CRM;
- Ensure structured reporting;
