We are looking for an experienced and visionary professional to lead our multidisciplinary Healthcare Design Office. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and operational oversight to drive excellence in hospital design and modular solutions.Role PurposeProvide strategic, technical, and operational leadership across Architecture, Interior Design, BIM, MEP, Logistics, and Med-tech teams, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and functional healthcare design delivery.Key Responsibilities

* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
* Define and maintain design language and modular standards
* Ensure regulatory compliance, quality control, and functional alignment
* Approve Room Reference Models (RRMs) and oversee catalogue deliverables
* Drive team performance, development, and cross-functional collaboration
* Act as escalation point for the Steering Committee

Education & Experience
* Master's xohynlm degree in Architecture or Engineering
* 10+ years' experience in hospital or complex building design
* Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams
