Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled planner to play a key role in shaping the future of the outdoor industry as part of our Planning team.
About You:
* You have an engineering, economics or similar degree.
* You have over 1 year's experience in planning roles.
* A background in fashion or FMCG companies is beneficial.
* Experience in industrial environments is also advantageous.
* You have strong English language skills (B2/C1 level).
* You are proficient in Excel and BI reporting, with experience in planning tools.

Role Description:
* Lead monthly local demand reviews to build and validate forecasts.
* Perform statistical analysis based on historical data to inform forecasting decisions.
* Maintain up-to-date rolling forecasts in related systems.
* Forecast demand at SKU and family levels for long and short terms.
* Participate in product life cycle updates to ensure accurate forecasting.
* Coordinate launches with Product Management teams to drive business results.
* Monitor and follow up on KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Deviation, and Product Availability).
