What is a Head of GTM:
As Head of GTM at Workflows, you'll lead a team of GTM Engineers working with the latest GTM tech stack including Clay, Instantly.ai, HubSpot, HeyReach.io, n8n, Lovable and more. You'll build and scale our GTM engineering services, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery while developing your team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Mission for a Head of GTM: Lead and scale the GTM engineering team to deliver exceptional outbound and RevOps services, enable team success through training and rapid support, and ensure consistent client success across all a

Manages a team of 10 GTM Engineers (total 40 clients)

Activity:
100% of core processes documented in SOPs (updated monthly)
Own strategy guidance for client accounts & join calls bi-weekly
Ensure GTME activity (1 weekly campaign or workflow & 4 weekly touch points)
Monthly performance reviews of GTMEs with actionable feedback (training & feedback)

1) Strategy
Outbound Plays: Consult clients on which outbound plays we should run next. Creativity is key.
Tool Selection: Consult clients on which sales tools they should get based on their challenges.
Lead Allocation: Build allocation systems to ensure optimal prospect distribution across sales teams
2) List Building / Data Orchestration
TAM Mapping: Creating ICP Models based on firmographics, technographics and signals
Signal Tracking: Track 1st party, 2nd party, 3rd party signals based on a company's stage
Contact Sourcing: Identify decision makers, champions, and users to reach out
3) Clay / Data Enrichment
AI Account Enrichment: Deep account research to automate any manual human research
AI Workflow Automation: Create Clay / n8n workflows to automate time-consuming tasks
Awareness Scoring: Prioritize accounts based on readiness and engagement levels
4) Copywriting
Email & LinkedIn Campaigns: Craft multi-channel personalized outbound sequences at scale, while maintaining authentic engagement
5) Communication
Client Communication: Lead weekly client calls, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and courtesy.
Project Management: Collaborate in Notion & Slack for project management and documentation.
Internal Library of Plays: Contribute to our internal SOPs and knowledge-sharing
Reporting: Analyze results and iterate based on clients’ feedback and performance.

Previous Experience:
Sales / RevOps / Growth management experience in SaaS or agency environment
Ex-agency owner / Freelancer with Outbound & RevOps Expertise
