Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical assistance to customers via multiple channels

- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues

- Deliver high-quality customer service
\n
- Ensure accurate documentation of cases

- Meet KPIs and service standards
\n
\nRequirements:\n\n
- C1+ German
\n
- B2+ English
\n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support (mandatory)
\n
- Strong problem-solving skills
\n
- Ability to work fully on-site in Barcelona
\n
