We are looking for an energetic, creative and strategic **Senior Brand Manager** who is passionate about building brands and driving impactful marketing campaigns in a dynamic international environment.
As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our brand strategy globally. You’ll be responsible for developing marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional projects, and ensuring our brand shines across all touchpoints.
**Your passion - our daily business**
- You will support the Marketing Director in defining the integral brand strategy
- You will prepare annual marketing plans for key communication campaigns (packaging, PoS material, digital content)
- You will drive brand development through innovative projects and creative ideas
- You will analyze brand and product performance using market data and consumer tests
- You will execute marketing campaigns with precision and measure their success through KPIs (sales, reach, ROI)
- You will ensure brand quality standards across all media (social media, packaging, ads, etc.)
- You will coordinate projects and timelines, interacting with key stakeholders across departments
- You will support sales and distribution teams with compelling marketing materials
- You will manage and monitor the marketing budget

**What you'll bring along**
- Higher education in Marketing or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Brand Manager roles within marketing departments
- Proven experience in campaign planning, brand development, and cross-functional collaboration
- Fluency, written and verbal, in English. Medium Spanish. German will be a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Nielsen and GfK data is a plus
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
