We are seeking a dynamic IT / OT Support Engineer responsible for monitoring Terminal IT health, including infrastructure, network, storage, compute, and service request & incident management at Level 1 & 2. The role is full-time and onsite.
Principal Responsibilities:
* Provide support for end-user devices and applications, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
* Support and maintain local IT infrastructure and assets, including datacenter racks, cabling, network, and server equipment.
* Support and maintain local IT / OT infrastructure, including CCTV, radio, OCR, biometric readers, and vehicle-mounted terminals.
* Assist regional IT teams with onsite support for incidents and changes.
* Install and replace hardware devices.
* Resolve incidents within service levels.
* Support IT projects, upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
* Perform routine maintenance and contribute to the support knowledge base.
* Conduct root cause analysis and problem solving.
Data Center Support:
* Maintain datacenter, server, and storage environments.
* Implement remote monitoring.
* Resolve incidents within SLA.
* Ensure optimal health and security compliance.
Required Skills and Experience:
* IT Engineering or Telecommunications background.
* Knowledge of VMWare and networking (CISCO certification is a plus).
* ITIL certification.
* Proficient in English communication.
