Position: Brand Manager
MARLEX GREAT PEOPLE is seeking a Brand Manager responsible for media and communications across all platforms for a prominent company in the advertising and communication sector.
Mission
Lead the development and execution of communication plans aligned with account objectives and strategies. Maximize advertising and promotional activities across digital channels (display, newspapers, magazines, radio, film, television, internet) and outdoor media (billboards, digital billboards). Collect and analyze data on consumer behavior, outreach, audience trends, and campaign impact.
Main Responsibilities
* Client Orientation: Provide high-quality service, understand client needs, develop media strategies, and foster relationships with clients and suppliers.
* Media Planning: Create media plans using internal tools (Demilpa, AMI Digital), manage data from tagging to reporting, and analyze competitive reports.
* Media Knowledge: Identify components for media plans, forecast digital media objectives, evaluate plans, and understand media components including offline and digital media.
* Media Buying: Ensure correct rates and discounts, collaborate with the investment team, respect timelines, and understand buying directions.
Experience & Qualifications
* 3-5 years in a similar role.
* Fluent in English.
* Degree in marketing, advertising, or related field.
* Strong communication skills in an international environment.
* Proficiency in planning and buying tools (Infosys, Tom Micro, Galileo, Demilpa, AMI Digital) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sizmek, Comscore).
What We Offer
* Temporary contract with hybrid work mode (2 days teleworking).
* Flexible hours: Monday-Thursday 08:30/09:30 to 17:30/18:30, Friday 08:30/09:30 to 14:00/15:00.
* Intensive period from June 24 to September 11.
* Immediate start.
