For our client, an Italian restaurant chain in Marbella, Spain, we are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for the hot section .
Minimum 4 years of kitchen experience in a fine casual dining concept, preferably Italian cuisine
● Proven record of kitchen and staff management with good communication skills.
● Upper intermediate level in English Language is mandatory
● Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Full-time, permanent position
● If you are moving from abroad, you will be provided with a temporary shared accommodation until you sort your own (up to 500 € per month)
● preparing food before meal service begins, setting up and stocking kitchen stations, cooking food and plating cooked food, supporting the Head and Sous Chef in delivering consistently high quality food, ensuring the highest standards and consistent quality, completing assigned prep work duties in an efficient time frame, keeping workstations and equipment as clean as possible at all times, daily feedback collection and reporting of issues as they arise.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Only EU passport holders can apply due to Visa limitations.
