At Grupo Nortempo, we are actively seeking a New Build Property Sales Advisor to join the in-house team of one of our major clients in the real estate sector — a prestigious developer of high-end new build homes located in the province of Málaga.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering personalized advice, and managing the full sales process for new build residential properties. From the first client interaction through to reservation and final closing, you will play a key role in the commercial process.
In-person customer service at the sales office and on-site showroom.
Coordinating with post-sales and administration departments.
Keeping the CRM system updated with the status of each sales opportunity.
Previous experience in real estate sales, ideally in new developments and/or mid to high-end properties.
Strong customer orientation, ability to build trust, and a consultative sales approach.
Basic knowledge of real estate transaction documentation.
High level of English (other languages will be an advantage).
Monday to Friday, 10:
00–14:
00 and 16:
00–19:
00. Saturdays:
10:
00–14:
00.
Contract type:
Permanent, within a leading and growing real estate company.
Salary:
Competitive, including fixed and performance-based variable components.
Ongoing project with current and future phases in the area.
