This role is pivotal in coordinating the rollout of a major tool across our network, ensuring each local team is equipped and supported to adopt and utilize it effectively.Based in Madrid and reporting to the Global Senior Project Manager, the Global Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end implementation process, providing hands-on support to local teams and ensuring alignment with global objectives.**Main Responsibilities*** Lead project management activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of tool implementation.* Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the local deployment of essential tools.* Coordinate the rollout process and manage communications with local markets.* Produce and maintain accurate reporting for the global client team and project sponsors.* Efficiently manage incoming requests and queries from both global and local teams.* Work closely with the Adoption Management and Product teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.* Oversee and actively participate in meetings to ensure consistent information flow across the organization.**Previous Experience*** 2 to 4 years of experience in supporting data and digital transformation projects.* Experience within the Consulting industry.* Previous experience in a Media agency would be beneficial.**Soft Skills & Competencies*** Proven success as a Project Manager, with a strong track record in both local and global environments - ideally across data and technology projects in the media and/or marketing sectors.* High level of fluency in English - both verbal and written* Solid experience in both IT and business analysis, with proficiency across a range of tools and platforms.* Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams within a matrixed organizational structure.* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.* Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset.* Comfortable working in multicultural and multinational environments, with sensitivity to diverse communication styles.* Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization: global, regional, local, business unit, and client-facing.#LI-CO1**Contract Type :**Permanent**Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
