The Opportunity
The Key Account Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business unit focused on implementing the strategic plan, identifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, driving internationalization, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. He/She will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic approach to business development that aligns with the overall business challenges and corporate values, with a strong focus on achieving budget and margin objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong business growth orientation and a proven track record of success in consultative selling to B2B clients.
The Business Development Manager will be involved researching and analyzing market trends and identifying potential clients and strategic alliances, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and creating and executing strategies to win new business
Your Main Responsabilities
1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach, driving referrals, leads management and networking.
2. Proactive selling approach and developing strategies to win new business.
3. Conducting market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
4. Contributing to the elaboration and implementation of the business expansion and internationalization plan, the marketing plan, as well as in the preparation of the sales forecast for the unit.
5. Developing and maintaining relationships with strategic clients and partners
6. Creating and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients
7. Negotiate, close, and follow-up on commercial agreements.
8. Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to develop and refine products and services based on client feedback and market trends.
9. Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to inform future strategies and business decisions.
10. Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the executive education business school's areas of expertise and differentiate from competitors.

22. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the executive education business school's offerings, as well as the competitive landscape.
23. Apply a strategic mindset to the role, ensuring that all business development activities align with the overall goals and values of the organization.
24. Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the organization.
25. Manage and maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the Director of Business Development on key performance metrics.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other CRM tools
English (high level of English (negotiation)
27. Strong selling, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
28. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
29. Ability to think strategically and apply a transversal mindset to the role.
30. High degree of adaptability and flexibility in response to changing client needs and market conditions.
31. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
32. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
33. Experience with international business development and knowledge of global business trends within the education industry.
34. At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales (B2B), preferably within the executive education or corporate learning space/ Technology/services/consulting/advertising
35. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through successful business development strategies.
36. Experience with international business development and knowledge of global business trends within the education industry.
