We are currently selecting a Training Technician for a leading multinational company in the dermo cosmetic sector, located in Barcelona.
Under the supervision of the Department Manager, will be responsible for the following duties:
* Design training materials: scorms, videos, infographics.
* Manage the training platform: courses creation, users’ assignment.
* Deliver training sessions.
* Organize the initial training for new employees.
* Work cross-functionally with other key areas such as Marketing or Medical Affairs.
* Provide training support to subsidiaries.
* Analyze training results.

Requirements
* Education: University degree in health sciences
* Experience: At least 3 years in a pharmaceutical or cosmetic industry (marketing or medical area) in a similar position.
* Languages: B2 English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
