Ph3Overview /h3pThe Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute based in Barcelona, Spain, with more than 400 scientists from 44 countries. The CRG comprises an interdisciplinary, motivated and creative scientific team supported by flexible and efficient administration and high-end technologies. /ppWe are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to assume the role of Head of Facility Management who is excited by delivering timely and high-quality services in an international and dynamic scientific environment. Reporting directly to the Administrative Director, the Head of Facility Management will be responsible for the maintenance and security of CRG spaces (around 10,000 m2 located on two sites: PRBB and Marenostrum Tower) and associated assets and equipment, as well as planning and managing new construction projects and refurbishments. The role includes leadership of the Facility Management team (9 staff: 2 internal and 7 outsourced) responsible for scientific maintenance, cleaning and sterilization, technical maintenance, waste management, and building maintenance. /ppThe successful candidate will work closely with the scientific community and Administration staff, particularly with the CRG technical-related services responsible for purchasing of scientific equipment, IT, scientific-technical services and floor managers. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
