About the role

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for envisioning and executing the product marketing strategy to grow Voicemod's user base worldwide. You will work with the cross-functional product team on product education and adoption of the apps, focusing on retention and collaborating with the Growth team on user acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Voicemod’s roadmap by leveraging competitive insights, refining product positioning, developing go-to-market strategies, and executing key launches that drive our brand forward.

What You’ll Do

- Market Analysis and Forecasting: Utilize data and analytics tools to conduct market analysis, set objectives, and forecast the impact of marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Product Positioning: Define and refine product positioning to ensure Voicemod stands out in the market.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, growth, and design teams to align on product messaging and strategy.
- User Education and Adoption: Create and implement strategies to educate users and drive adoption of Voicemod’s apps.
- Retention Focus: Develop initiatives to improve user retention and engagement.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition, retention, and monetization to drive overall growth.

What you\ 'll need

- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
- Strong understanding of product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and user acquisition.
- Data-driven mindset: Comfortable interpreting user data, campaign metrics, and funnel performance to guide decisions, optimize strategies, and measure impact.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
- High-level of communication and copywriting skills. Able to A/B test different ways of expression.
- Self-starter who is comfortable in a role that is equal parts strategy as it is execution.
- Experience with marketing automation platform or tools would come in handy.
- User obsession - high drive for understanding and meeting users’ needs.
- Proficient in English (Minimum B2, Idóneo C1+).
