Onboarding Account Manager, Swedish Market - Barcelona, Spain

About the Role
As an Onboarding Account Manager for the Swedish market, you will welcome newly acquired clients and guide them through their onboarding journey. You will ensure they understand the platform, feel supported from day one, and are fully equipped to get the most out of the service. Your goal is to create a smooth, positive experience that drives retention, engagement, and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary point of contact for new Swedish-speaking clients during the onboarding phase.
* Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and account setup assistance.
* Understand clients goals and ensure the platform is configured to support their needs.
* Proactively monitor usage and address potential roadblocks early.
* Provide clear explanations of product features, updates, and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
* Track onboarding completion and ensure customers transition successfully into long-term account management.

Requirements

* Native or fluent Swedish, with strong English communication skills.
* Previous experience in account management, onboarding, client service, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Ability to build positive and professional relationships with clients.
* Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Confidence delivering training and product demonstrations.
* Customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand business needs and tailor support accordingly.
