How can you Help us
Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Assuming overall responsibility for creating sales qualified leads (SQLs)
* Handling all incoming enquiries
* Prioritising opportunities
* Proactively contacting interested companies, conducting research to identify targeted marketing opportunities
* Categorising potential customers according to the Customer Categorisation Model
* Partnering with the New Business Development Manager and supporting where necessary, including booking visits
* Working on leads provided by Market Development Executives to generate new customers
* Proactively sending quotations to new customers and following up promptly
* Updating internal systems (CRM and ERP) and databases accurately and timely
* Participating in internal and external meetings as required

Internal: New Business Development Managers, Market Development Executives, Key Account Team
External: Potential Customers
Scope of Impact
Depending on your delegation's size and location, the SDM role may have a defined area, a designated New Business Development Manager or Account Manager, or focus on a specific vertical market (e.g., industry type).

What We Would Like You to Bring to the Team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven B2B sales experience as inside sales or Sales Development Executive
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to research potential customers using available resources
* Prioritization skills
* Working knowledge of CRM systems
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Confident, professional telephone manner
* Experience in sales negotiations and closing deals
* Strong commercial awareness
* Proactivity, resilience, and persuasive skills
* High problem-solving skills
Desirable:
* Experience in the industrial and logistics sectors
* Knowledge of the construction process
* English proficiency (B2 level)
