About the role
We are looking for a Training Specialist to support the development and delivery of high-quality training programs related to our products and solutions. This role is critical in ensuring that internal teams and clients fully understand and maximize the value of our technologies.
Key requirements
* Degree in Optometry (mandatory)
* Fluent English (professional proficiency level required)
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Experience in training as optometrist minimin 5 years of experience.
* Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical learning
What you will do
* Design and deliver training sessions (in-person, online, and webinars) for internal teams and clients.
* Represent the company as a subject matter expert in product training at corporate events and client engagements.
* Design, update, and optimize existing training programs and modules, ensuring alignment with product technological and functional evolution. xpzdshu
* Develop new training content for product launches and key updates.
Recruitment Process:
* Interview with the People & Culture team
* Online assessment to evaluate behaviors and competencies
* Interview with the hiring manager

Working Hours:
* Flexible schedule: start between 8:00 and 10:00 AM; finish from 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 3:00 PM on Fridays
