Join to apply for the Junior Process Engineer (HCB) role at Henkel. 
We are looking for a candidate who can contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, monitor production quality, and support data-driven improvements across processes and plants. 
Responsibilities 
- Apply lean manufacturing tools to achieve targets fixed by management 
- Monitor the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufactured faulty products 
- Maintain accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed 
- Design, implement and maintain systems to collect and analyze data for critical product and process parameters 
- Use data to identify process losses 
- Work with line management to prioritize improvement opportunities 
- Eliminate or reduce (prioritized) losses through making process or work system changes 
- Participate in the daily direction-setting process (SIM) – report results, flag issues and request resources 
- Own critical daily management systems, e.G. centre-lining (run-to-target) 
- Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants 
- Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes

What makes you a good fit 
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or in a related field 
- At least internship/1 year of experience in a process engineer role and in an industrial environment 
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to engage and lead a cross-functional team 
- Proven ability to learn rapidly 
- Strong communication skills 
- Strong change management skills that can persuade and lead with conviction 
- Ability to mature, grow and develop within the company 
- Fluent English
