At least 3 years of experience taking games from concept development through to delivery.Having released several games, including at least one on a mobile device.Immersion in the world of online games.Knowledge of all processes involved in game production.Experience designing multiplayer games and game reward systems.Skillful use of mathematical models and tools to analyze gameplay and user behavior.Ability to integrate elements that help players understand and learn the game.Familiarity with psychological models concerning motivation, enabling creation of engaging experiences.Proficiency with scripting languages.Ability to integrate content into the game.Capability to balance complex game systems.Skilled in designing user interfaces and camera controls.Understanding of the importance of well-documented designs and technical features.Knowledge and ApproachDetailed knowledge of the gaming market and current consumer expectations.Ability to work as part of a team or hub within a SCRUM environment.Ability to articulate ideas and suggestions, illustrated with references.Collaborate closely with a product team including programmers and artists.We believe great games are developed by small, autonomous creative teams controlling the entire process — from idea to finished product.
