A leading company in the sector, headquartered in central Barcelona and specializing in the trade of fresh fruit across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Latin America, is seeking a professional to fill the position of Administration and Collections Assistant with fluency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
* Manage collections and customer accounts: send weekly Statements of Account, maintain daily follow-ups on payments.
* Prepare, monitor, and organize invoicing, including tracking payments and collections.
* Handle and record supplier invoices, ensuring accurate allocation and system updates.
* Reconcile bank accounts and register transactions in the system.
* Support the logistics department in document management.
* Coordinate with internal departments: sales, accounting, and logistics.
* Record and manage invoices in Drive for SII (Immediate Supply of Information) registration.
* Oversee bank and administrative procedures (transfers, payments, and financial document management).
* Update cash flow reports and perform monthly account reconciliations.
* Organize and manage business fairs and events.
Skills:
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proactivity and autonomy in task management.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain order.
* Experience in similar roles (minimum 1–2 years).
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 1-2 years in administrative roles.
* Languages: High level of Spanish and English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
