If you are passionate about testing, technical analysis, and vehicle behavior under real conditions... we would love to meet you! brMain responsibilities: brValidation and test execution brDefinition, planning, and execution of vehicle-level validation plans. brExecution and supervision of tests on roads, proving grounds, and laboratory environments (climatic chambers, etc.). brUse of data acquisition systems, sensors, and measurement tools. brAnalysis of results and development of technical recommendations for engineering teams. brDefinition of vehicle KPIs (ride comfort, acceleration, top speed, energy efficiency, etc.). brEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Vehicle planning and test preparation brPlanning of vehicle needs and review of test requirements. brManagement of vehicle availability and technical resources. brManagement of ordering and configuration of pre-series vehicles. brSupervision of reception, preparation, transport, and status of test vehicles. Technical analysis and problem identification brIdentification and analysis of NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) issues. brAnalysis of BS R (buzz, squeak rattle) issues. brEvaluation of supplier-related issues. Testing, validation, and troubleshooting brNVH and BS R diagnostics in laboratory and real-world conditions. brExecution of durability tests and validation of solutions. brImplementation and evaluation of design or assembly improvements. brIntroduction and validation of new materials/components. brDocumentation of issues, corrective actions, and results. Specialized testing brTesting under adverse conditions (rough roads, dedicated tracks, public roads). brTesting under extreme weather conditions (winter/summer). Coordination, reporting, and documentation brCoordination with technical teams and quality departments. brPreparation of technical reports and validation documentation. brContinuous follow-up and reporting to the client. Logistics and issue tracking brManagement of transportation of vehicles and components. brIssue tracking through ticketing systems (KPM). brCoordination to ensure problem resolution and parts availability. Requisitos: brDegree in Engineering (Industrial, Automotive, or similar). brExperience in vehicle validation, testing, or performance engineering. brKnowledge of vehicle dynamics, NVH, BS R, and systems/components validation. brExperience in real-world testing and data analysis. brAnalytical, proactive profile with a problem-solving mindset. brAbility to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple tests simultaneously. brAdvanced level of English (minimum B2). brValid driving license (Category B). Nice to have: brExperience in OEM environments (automotive). brExperience in extreme condition testing (cold/hot climates). brKnowledge of data acquisition systems and measurement tools. brExperience in supplier management. brKnowledge of issue tracking tools (KPM or similar). brIntermediate to advanced level of German.
