In this role you will lead and optimize Sephora Iberia’s traffic channels through a data‑driven paid media strategy, partnering with the Digital Manager and cross‑functional teams. You will shape acquisition initiatives, evaluate new partners, and ensure alignment with central guidelines while driving measurable impact on campaigns and customer growth. Your work spans analytics, tagging, app marketing, and budget oversight to deliver sustainable performance. This is an international, fast‑paced environment where you help accelerate Sephora’s digital acquisition.

• Define and execute the Iberia acquisition and traffic strategy
• Propose new partners, channels, and opportunities to hit media objectives
• Ensure alignment with central guidelines and local Offer, Marketing, and E-commerce teams
• Maintain focus on customer analysis and qualified acquisition
• Lead daily relationship with digital agencies: briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization
• Analyze paid media performance to identify trends and growth levers
• Oversee App Marketing initiatives: performance, reporting, and action plans
• Deliver weekly/monthly reporting to internal stakeholders
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations
• Oversee tag and pixel implementation for accurate data collection xpzdshu
• Ensure alignment between traffic strategy and SEO initiatives
• Manage paid media budget with Finance
• Coordinate with agencies, media partners, and service providers
Responsabilidades
• Minimum 4 years of experience in media agencies or similar digital marketing roles
• Experience in retail, fashion, or beauty is a plus
• High level of English mandatory; French and/or Portuguese a plus
