Field Sales Representatives (m/f)
Your mission
Reporting to the Sales Management, you are responsible for developing new business and managing client accounts within your assigned territory, covering Eastern Spain. You play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term customers.
In this context, your main responsibilities are:
* Analyze your territory and identify business opportunities
* Organize sales prospection tours and generate qualified appointments
* Other prospection actions are also required : phone, email, LinkedIn, networking and events
* Conduct product demonstrations and defend the client's value proposition
* Manage the entire sales cycle through to completion
* Maintain a structured activity, with good use of CRM, regular reporting and KPI monitoring.
* Use digital tools, business software and internal processes with ease
* Working with structured methods and collaborative tools like Notion
* Share market feedback and collaborate with internal teams
* Represent the brand at congresses, trade shows and events
Your profile
You have a successful background in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new business development, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
* Solid experience in B2B field sales towards small companies
* Hunter profile with the ability to open new markets
* Experience in field prospection and developing new accounts
* Comfortable with technical products, software, or high-value solutions
* Excellent organization, autonomy, and results-oriented
* Strong affinity for technology and comfort with digital tools
* Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and constantly evolving environment
* Pragmatic, flexible mentality and start-up spirit
Salary & benefits : 35,000€ fixed salary gross per year, up to 20,000€, company car provided
