At Capitole, we believe AI is only as powerful as the people using it. That's why we're looking for an AI Productivity Coach — someone who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI tools and the real day-to-day work of business users.
This role is about turning AI from a concept into a habit — helping teams across the organization use tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude to work smarter, faster, and more confidently. If you love translating tech into human language and making people's work lives genuinely easier, this role is for you.
We're looking for someone with:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude in real work contexts.
- Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into business value — no jargon, just impact.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills — you make complex things simple and engaging.
- Experience in training, enablement, or change management.
- Basic understanding of data protection and responsible AI usage.
- Nice to have: background in insurance or financial services.
In this role you'll:
- Drive daily adoption: Identify high-impact AI use cases across departments — claims, finance, HR, ops — and turn them into simple, repeatable habits.
- Create weekly AI learning nuggets: Short, actionable content (5-min reads, videos, demos) built around real business scenarios.
- Enable non-technical users: Run live sessions, workshops, and demos tailored to specific teams and functions.
- Communicate with impact: Share success stories, quick wins, and motivating content that builds momentum.
- Champion safe usage: Translate governance and compliance into clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
- Measure what matters: Design and implement a framework to track AI adoption, engagement, and productivity gains.
You'll know you've succeeded when:
- Employees across the company actively use AI tools every day — and know how to use them safely.
- AI usage is visible, normal, and business-driven.
- You've built a culture where curiosity about AI is encouraged.
Location: Remote (in Spain).
Contract: Full-time.
