About Us
We’re a small, sustainability-driven restaurant serving 100 % plant-based, gluten-free dishes. Our kitchen crew is four chefs who work with a flat hierarchy and a focus on quality.
Role
You’ll support mise en place and service for approx. 15-20 covers per shift, preparing our creative dishes that showcase seasonal produce.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook hot and cold line during service.
- Prep fresh ingredients, sauces and desserts to recipe specs.
- Keep your station clean and assist with end-of-day close-down.
What We’re Looking For
- **1 year** professional kitchen experience (vegan a plus).
- Basic understanding of gluten-free and allergen-safe cooking.
- Conversational Spanish; English is an advantage.
- Team player who loves sustainable cooking.
Schedule & Contract
- 20 hours per week (lunch and / or dinner shifts — we’re adaptable).
- Fixed-discontinuous contract under the Málaga hospitality agreement.
- Staff meal provided (100 % vegan).
