Requirements Fluent in Swedish (C1 level) both written and spoken
Good command of English (B2 level)
Experience in 1st or 2nd level IT support
Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, MS Teams
Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
Analytical mindset and problem‐solving skills
