Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
* Have a significant amount of individual responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law with designing, implementing and managing Accenture''s global competition law program, including competition law issues associated with teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement and data management.
* Serve as one of Accenture''s legal subject matter expert on competition laws by:
o providing advice to Accenture businesses and Legal Professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
o designing tools, policies and other materials to improve Accenture''s global compliance efforts;
o developing and conducting training on competition law issues.
* Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze and mitigate substantive antitrust issues and coordinate merger control filings in the United States and around the world, and assist in responding to government inquiries.

Qualifications:
Legal qualifications:
* Law degree;
* 5 7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer;
* Ability to work in the country stated in the requisition, or ownership of obtaining those credentials prior to an agreed start date.
Professional skills:
1. Fluency in competition law, ethics programs and best practices; working knowledge of codes of conduct/business ethics, ethics and compliance training, and core values/conduct related programs;
2. Highly motivated and proactive with curiosity for learning about ethics and compliance best practices and areas of risk;
