The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Product Manager in the Convert Team, you will be in charge of:
* Designing, owning, and leading an ambitious long-term product strategy for our landing pages (mobile/desktop) that drives high visibility, excellent user experience, and conversion for our search channels.
* Defining the landing pages' mid-term product roadmap and delivering prioritized features ensuring they meet the appropriate requirements and deliver business value.
* Identifying key strategic opportunities for our search channels (e.g., page features, content, etc.) and converting them into epics and user stories.
* Owning the product vision and maintaining a prioritized feature backlog based on business value aligned with the channel strategy and resource capacity.
* Monitoring daily initiatives, facts, and figures in order to understand the product and channel performance.
* Working closely with the SEO/SEM functional team, other product teams, and other company functions (Content, UX, IT) to align their initiatives and requirements with the landing pages product development.
* Remaining updated on all changes taking place in organic and paid Search, including major announcements, algorithm updates, new tools, and strategies.
* Surveying the marketplace for ways to improve our landing pages and SEO/SEM tactics. Evaluating how to put into practice successful techniques where they exist.

* University degree.
* 4-5 years of SEO/SEM/Marketing product management experience in the eCommerce industry, preferably in the travel industry and/or large international websites is a plus.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* A good understanding of source code (HTML, CSS).
* Passionate about technology and eager to explore and apply AI-driven opportunities.
* Exceptional analytical skills; Power user of Google Analytics and A/B testing.
* Experience working with agile methodologies in a product development environment.
* Excellent communicator.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem solver with a can-do attitude.
* Results-driven.
* Proficient English required.
* Experience in international environments.
