We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Assistants to join our client's brand-new boutique in the heart of Palma’s old town.
You'll be a stylist, a confidant, and a brand ambassador, helping customers discover the perfect products in a warm, personal, and unhurried way.
Main Duties :
* Welcome & Connect: Be the first friendly face our customers see. Greet them warmly and make them feel at home.
* Consult & Guide: You'll actively engage with customers, listen to their needs, and personally hand them products to try on, offering genuine advice and styling tips.
* Keep the Store Shining: Ensure the store always looks its best, maintaining visual standards of the brand.
* Support the Team: Assist with keeping the sales floor organized, helping with inventory, and keeping our IT systems (like the iPad POS) up to date.
* Create Moments: Be part of creating a memorable shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
Who We’re Looking For:
* Sales experience : You have at least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the retail sector.
* A People Person: You’re naturally friendly, empathetic, and love interacting with others.
* Service-Oriented: You have a genuine passion for helping people.
* Responsible & Reliable: You take pride in your work and can be counted on.
* A Brand Fan: You have an interest in jewelry and lifestyle brands,
* Multilingual: You are fluent in Spanish and English. Speaking German is a huge plus and will allow you to connect with even more of our guests.
