Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in the industrial pharmaceutical sector. If you have experience in managing manufacturing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, this is the right opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate manufacturing and production projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, EMA, and other industrial standards.
* Manage and optimize production processes and capacity.
* Collaborate with teams across production, quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering.
* Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing operations.
* Support technology transfer and process scaling.
* Oversee the validation of new processes, equipment, and facilities.
* Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in project management in the industrial pharmaceutical sector.
* Knowledge of GMP, FDA, EMA and other relevant industrial standards.
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Agile methodologies).
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
