About The Rol
Currently at SEAT we are looking for a recent graduate with professional work experience to be part of our exclusive trainee program in the area of People & Organization, specifically in the People Strategy, Planning & Systems team.
In this department you will develop your ability to work in very different projects, linked to People and the impact across the organization. We are looking for someone with interest in analytics, project management, business and economy to become a part of a multinational team but with focus on People.
We are looking for an agile, flexible, proactive and sociable professional that wants to develop himself/herself at SEAT S.A.
What do we offer?
* Experience: The program consists of 12 months in which through a rotation plan you will have the opportunity to get to know different areas of the company
* International stay: in one of the Volkswagen group companies in Europe.
* Training: You will have continuous training so that you can develop your skills and technical knowledge to the maximum.
* Mentoring: you will have a tutor and buddy (trainee from the previous year) to guide you throughout the duration of the program.

What are we looking for?
Education: Degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance or Engineer and additional training in data/analytics and/or a Master's Degree is valuable.
Languages: Spanish and English (minimum level C1), Valuable German (B2)
Skills: Complexity management, innovation, analytic, teamworker and proactive.
Valuable experience: Experience in people strategy, finance or analytics is valuable.
Other: International experience (Erasmus, international professional experience, etc.)
How is the selection process?
As a first phase, the pre-selected candidates will go to the phase of personal interviews and conducting an online test. Finally, the selected candidates will be sent to the assessment center.
