Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Manager with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity operations, and third‑party service oversight.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure the effective execution of IAM tactical controls, lead audit engagements, manage vendor performance, and maintain strategic alignment with general teams. You will also play a key role in improving the customer experience related to cybersecurity services delivered by external providers.
Mandatory Requirements
* 3+ years in IAM, cybersecurity service management, vendor oversight, or similar roles.
* Strong experience in service level assessment and management, including third‑party engagement.
* Familiarity with ITIL concepts and methodology.
* Solid understanding of IT and Cybersecurity BAU operations and change management processes.
* Experience working in a regulated environment.
* Proven experience managing a team.
* Strong risk management and risk assessment capabilities.
* Data analysis and reporting skills related to vendor performance metrics and cost‑saving initiatives.
* In‑depth knowledge of data privacy laws and industry standards such as GDPR, PCI DSS, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO/IEC 27001.
* Contract management experience, including negotiation and administration of contracts and SLAs with cybersecurity‑specific clauses (e.g., breach notification timelines, audit rights).
