Requirements
Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or a similar field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in data management and at least 3 years of experience leading teams.
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, DataSphere or SAP Analytics Cloud ecosystems.
Experience in data migration, data governance, data quality and information modelling.
Knowledge of ETL, SQL, Python or integration tools such as SAP Data Services and SAP MDG.
Main Responsibilities
Define and execute the data management strategy in the SAP environment (master, transactional and analytical data).
Lead the implementation and maintenance of data governance processes, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and LGPD.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical) on data migration, integration and transformation projects in SAP.
Oversee the design and operation of data models in SAP BW/4HANA, DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and related tools.
Collaborate with business areas to identify information needs and develop dashboards, reports and strategic KPIs.
Implement policies and procedures for data security and privacy.
Monitor the performance of data flows and propose continuous improvements to processes and architecture.
Manage budgets, resources and vendors related to data projects in SAP.
