The Digital Products, Platforms Services team is a newly formed team sits within Growth, Digital Platforms (GDP) global function and is responsible for designing, developing rolling out state of the art digital products across brands, regions divisions globally and help our brands accelerate organic growth. Job Summary:We are seeking a detail oriented and strategic Business Analyst to support and optimize marketing workflows by working closely with our Product Owner and cross functional teams. The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on workflow enhancements, IT system implementations, and process optimizations to drive efficiency and business value.Responsibilities:Serve as the subject matter expert on marketing workflows, providing recommendations for selecting, implementing, and optimizing IT systems and tools.Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement.Analyze and document workflows, processes, and data structures to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals.Conduct gap analysis, identifying inefficiencies and recommending optimized solutions.Develop functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and process flows to guide development teams.Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of workflow management systems with other tools.Partner with creative, marketing, and sales teams to align workflows with operational needs.Assist in the implementation of digital asset management (DAM) tools and relevant integrations.Support the adoption of new workflow systems by designing and executing training programs for end users.Provide ongoing support and maintenance, troubleshooting issues and refining processes as needed.Act as a key liaison between marketing, IT, sales, and external solution providers, managing expectations and ensuring all business needs are met within project timelines.Skill Set:Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Junior Product Owner, ideally in a multi country, multi brand environment.Strong understanding of Digital Asset Management (DAM) concepts, data management principles, and best practices.Familiarity with data modeling, data mapping, and database concepts.Knowledge of DAM related tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent solutions.Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.Experience creating use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non technical audiences.Ex
