Your Role
We offer an exciting opportunity as International Veterinary Manager in a fast-growing, dynamic pet food company, where you'll play a key role in contributing to the international growth of our brands through expert technical support to teams and clients. We count on you to leave our footprint, reinforcing and expanding the presence of our brands in key markets.
Whatyouwill do
* Lead the international veterinary diets training program:
* Targeting, designing and delivering tailored training sessions for diverse audiences (distributors, veterinary visitors, sales teams, pet parents, veterinarians), ensuring clear, practical application
* Co-designing and deploying materials for multi-channel sessions: face-to-face trainings and eLearning
* Being a key stakeholder to present launches and re-launches of Affinity's vet diets line in Europe, Asia and Latin America, as well as supporting the training program of other pet food ranges and brands
* Present Affinity's veterinary diets range among the international veterinarian community in key forums (congresses, seminars, universities, fairs), as part of Affinity's strategy to penetrate and develop key markets
* Co-lead – together with the corporate R&D team, distributors and local authorities – the Affinity products registration in all geographies, every time there is a launch or a relaunch or in case of new factories
* Provide regular support to answer technical queries from our distributors, customers, clients or vets among Affinity's international markets
* Collaborate closely with local and commercial teams to ensure alignment and maximize cross-market synergies
* Develop and coach the direct team of 2 people
* Reporting to the International Markets Director and member of the Management Committee
Whatwe are lookingfor
* Experience as a veterinarian in a Marketing/Sales Department and/or a multinational company, ideally with more than 10 years in this position or related ones.
* High University degree in veterinarian sciences or similar
* Leadership & energy to implement new projects. Entrepreneurial mindset to strengthen Affinity brand's current presence in the markets as well as expanding the brands in more markets
* Digital Marketing knowledge
* International spirit and willingness to travel more than 30% of the time
* Influencing team player with interpersonal and communication skills
* Very fluent in Spanish and English, other languages will be valued
