Key Responsibilities: Service Desk Support:
Provide first-level Service Desk support for desktop and infrastructure incidents. Administrate and resolve IT-related issues assigned to the service desk. IT Services Assistance:
Support users with IT services such as O365, ERP systems (SAGE & SAP), PC, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting. Invoice & Process Management:
Work closely with the Digital Center team to manage expense invoices, internal processes, and assist with the submission and approval of payment documentation. Communication & Reporting:
Maintain regular communication with your supervisor to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computing, Engineering, or a related field. Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level). Proficient in Spanish (C2 level). Proficient in Chinese (C2 level)
️ Preferred Skills: Prior experience with invoice management, purchase orders, goods receipt references, and document parking. Experience with SAP Material Management (MM) module. Proficiency with Windows OS and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
