What are we looking for
The Cosentino team is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for the North East of England.
You will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers and maintaining current ones, understanding their needs to meet both short- and long-term expectations, and delivering excellent service to various sales channels. Knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. You should be willing to work with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads.
Area to cover: NE, SR, TS.
What you will do
You will act as the main contact for clients, helping them achieve their goals and maintaining a positive, profitable relationship. Your role will involve working with different segments:
* Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
* Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients within remodel, home improvement, cabinetry, construction, and fabrication sectors.
* Manage overall sales within your territory.
* Identify opportunities to increase the visibility of Cosentino products and generate sales.
* Promote visits to Cosentino Centers to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
* Seek new points of sale.
* Ensure customers have marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and display towers.
* Manage customer relationships through CRM, providing quotes, scheduling visits, and resolving concerns.
* Increase market share by expanding displays and point-of-purchase materials.
* Plan client visits based on importance and set appropriate frequency.
* Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
* Provide post-sale service.
* Develop action plans targeting specific clients and contacts.
* Collaborate with corporate and center staff, as well as other account managers, to meet goals.
* Work with the General Manager and Sales Team to implement business strategies for all customer segments.
* Train on product features and attributes, and deliver relevant marketing tools.
* Monitor and update data in CRM.
What you need to succeed
At least 2-3 years of experience in:
* Commercial projects.
* Customer database management, Salesforce preferred.
* Stone fabrication or distribution experience.
