Description We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our team and strengthen our internal communications and engagement efforts for the HP Solutions and General Markets Organization. This role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver impactful communications while leading projects that support our culture and business goals.
Responsibilities Draft, edit, and distribute clear and engaging communications for internal audiences.
Support leaders and managers with messaging for initiatives and announcements.
Coordinate events, campaigns, and engagement activities across the organization.
Track and measure the effectiveness of communications, suggesting improvements.
Lead assigned projects that drive employee engagement and alignment.
Skills & Qualifications Degree in communications, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent writing and storytelling ability.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Collaborative and able to work confidently with colleagues at all levels.
