We’re currently looking for a full‑time
360 Recruitment Consultant

Your roleAs a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Your Responsibilities Will Include
Building Connections:
Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, on‑site meeting, participating to market events…)
Closing Deals:
Negotiating agreements and fostering long‑term partnerships.
Sourcing Talent:
Conducting searches and selections of candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Driving Success:
Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth.
Hitting Targets:
Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with support and resources at your disposal.
Your profileWe’re Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in 360 Recruitment, or IT Consulting
Fluent in one of the following : French, German or Italian
Very good command of English
A results‑oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
