Key Account Manager - Aesthetics Sector (Remote)
We are seeking a commercially astute and strategically minded Key Account Manager to drive growth across multiple markets within the aesthetics industry. In this high-impact, field-based role, you will be at the forefront of expanding market presence, nurturing high-value client relationships, and steering strategic sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a strong command of injectable-based treatments and a proven track record in key account management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow strategic accounts within the aesthetics sector- Develop tailored sales strategies that drive revenue and market share- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion efforts- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize account performance- Use CRM tools and market data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field- 5–7 years of sales experience within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices- Minimum 3 years in a senior sales/key account management role- Solid understanding of injectable-based treatments or aesthetic procedures- Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills- Proficient in CRM systems and data-driven sales planning- Willingness to travel internationally as needed
